This Montana sourdough starter is packed with flavor and history! Fed with our own heritage 1800s “Rouge de Bordeaux” wheat. We grow the wheat, stone mill the wheat, and feed our own family’s sourdough starter with this super-wheat. This dehydrated sourdough takes just a few days to wake up by adding a little flour and water. Then you have ALL the starter you’ll ever need for any loaf of bread (plus extra to put in the pantry for a rainy day).
