Wooden spoon or “spurtle” with a modern twist. This is one of my favorite shapes--I use mine daily for sautéing, mixing, and general cooking. Spurtles are great for mixing wet doughs like sourdoughs or bread doughs. Made by hand here in Montana, in a tiny woodshop.
