Inspired by the cooking of 1880s-1920s pioneers out West. I made these cards based off of handwritten notes I jotted down when testing meals in the 1889 cabin. Julia, the cookstove, fired up & baked each one of these!

Recipes include our most recent year (2026) of cooking indoors & out here in a one room shack in Montana.  Many recipes inspired by history and tweaked from OLD cookbooks.
